At dusk on the Cayman Reef Cam, fish return to the lagoon from the outer reef in masses and crowd around this patch of coral. The Cayman Islands are located in the Caribbean and consist of three islands: Grand Cayman, Cayman Brac and Little Cayman. The time zone is Central Time and the sun is setting around 7 PM
