Having pluperfect manners is critical for any service dog. As is being properly dressed for the occasion.
Many people don’t realize that any dog that does not behave may be asked to leave anywhere, regardless of having – or not having – the title of “service dog”.
In this picture we have George, service dog for 11-year-old Bella who lives with Morquio Syndrome. George was given the AKC/ACE Award as the #1 service dog in 2015. It’s interesting to see the communication between Bella and George. This bond is very critical for a successful relationship. Bella takes complete care of George, snd he is 100% attentive to her needs. He is her passport to a life not dominated by her disability, and he loves his job!
