Overlooking the famous Santa Monica Pier and its carnival rides, the cam pans north to south and faces west; capturing the Santa Monica mountain range, Pacific Ocean and the sandy beaches stretching up to Malibu.

Did You Know? Built in 1909, the pier was famous in the fishing community for its giant catches, including 500 lb, black sea bass! In 1915, Charles Looff, a carnival man, came along with a new idea for the pier. Read more about the SM Pier history here.
