Warrior Canine Connection enlists recovering Veterans in a therapeutic mission of learning to train service dogs for their fellow wounded Warriors. And they’ve got some exciting news we can’t wait to share!
“We have been given the great honor of entering into a collaborative breeding with Power Paws Assistance Dogs. Powerpaws’ Temple was bred to our very own WCC’s Stanley and we are thrilled to announce that their litter of pups is expected to arrive around April 10th. Temple will travel to Maryland to whelp her litter and when the pups are around 8 weeks of age, she and half of the puppies will travel back to Arizona to be trained as service dogs with Powerpaws. The other half of the puppies will continue on at WCC to embark on their journey of helping wounded Warriors reconnect with life, their families, their communities, and each other. We are thrilled to work with such an incredible organization and are thrilled to welcome more pups to the WCC pack!”
