Please try to disable hardware acceleration in your player by following these instructions.

We also recommend making sure you have the latest version of Flash installed.
Sometimes it’s also helpful to disable your Privacy Settings in your browser.
Lastly, for some – selecting a different stream quality in the player can help. You will see that there are options: Best, 480p, 360p, 240p.
