A Big Polar Bear “Paw of Approval” For Rosa Parks Elementary School

Rosa Parks Elementary School in Lexington, Kentucky, have been awarded Polar Bears International’s and the Arctic Action Team’s prestigious “Paw of Approval,” and are the first elementary school in the nation to receive the award!
As the article details, the students recently completed a mural as a visual reminder to care for the bears and the environment by making simple, greener decisions (like riding your bike, buying local food, recycling, etc.).
