No World Cup Predictions from Pandas
It seems like every city has some kind of animal who makes predictions about major sporting events. And while it makes for cute news coverage, sometimes the animals’ best interests don’t take center stage. Not so for the Giant Pandas this year, who have been relinquished of their responsibility to predict World Cup winners. Researchers at CCRCGP determined that it would require too much human contact and may cause undue stress to the animals, so the fate of the World Cup has to be decided by some other means.
