Noelle is a beautiful white dog. Like so many white dogs, she is also deaf. The moment she sees her dad return from his Army training mission, she comes alive. Since Noelle can’t hear her human, a few simple commands, given by hand, is his way of communicating with her – she’s happy to oblige.
