Party Wave
Caught these two in a screen shot yesterday morning on a party wave at Pipeline. With an decent swell (which is towering for most places outside the North Shore) of about two feet overhead, the conditions are nice in Hawaii, and the surfers are out on the live cam.
SurfReport is saying, “Pipe looking fun with open lefts offering point style lefts with hollow barrels. Super crowded with all the pros out practicing for the contest! Light southeasterly winds should provide ideal wind conditions for country shorelines today.”
Fast Fact:
January waves at Pipeline average 6.5 – 10 feet every 2-3 minutes.
