Last month, news surfaced that the Devia family of Walnut Creek, Calif., were in a bind. After Carol and Peter Devia lost their apartment after both being laid off, they struggled to find another home that would allow them to keep their pit bull, Rocco.The couple eventually found themselves living in their car, while their two sons decided to stay with friends.
But the family has finally received some good news. After a local landlord caught wind of the Devias’ situation, he offered the family and Rocco — along with their other pup, Camilla — a place to live!
