Getting the opportunity to watch brown bears every summer live from Katmai National Park and Preserve is something that very few people thought would be possible. When explore founder, Charlie Annenberg Weingarten, discovered the enormous beauty of Brooks Falls he knew he had to share it with the world. We are all so fortunate to have the opportunity to view cubs play fighting on Lower River while also watching fan favorite Otis enjoy his time at the “office”.
We get the opportunity to watch these amazing brown bears every season, but it isn’t as simple as turning the cameras off and on. We have a small, but strong team, behind the camera making sure every moment is “snapshot” worthy.
