Wei Wei Gets A Snowday

Wei Wei wasted no time getting outside for a snowday after a thin layer of snow fell on Christmas day at the Wuhan Zoo in Hubei Province in China. Fortunately for Wei Wei and fellow panda bears, their coarse, dense fur is the perfect protection against the freezing conditions in China this week.

Wei Wei, was relocated to the Wuhan Zoo in June 2008 after the earthquake along with another make panda,  Xi Wang – both have lived there since.
