He is definitely a chihuahua, but also looks like a short-haired pomeranian. He is very social, loves people, good with kids and cats. It does take him a while to warm up to other dogs, but once he does he is very happy. He would be happy in a home with another dog, but his future family may need to give him some time to adjust.
