Our hearts go out to the people of Moore and Oklahoma City during this time of recovery. Amid the tragedy there, rescue efforts are fierce, and dogs are helping rescue workers find people trapped in rubble from the tornado.

Give Chance a chance at a furever home! This sweet 7-year-old was tossed out of a car into a very busy street, but Animal Wellness Foundation saved the day by snatching him up from certain danger. If you’re interested in this cutie, message them.

Celebrate Mother’s Day by spending some time with the new animal families on our live cams.

The Long-eared and Great Horned Owls both have nests full of fluffy offspring, and you can see Ospreys Rachel and Steve roosting and sharing parental egg duties for their brood due at the end of May. Mama Gucci, a golden retriever at the ECAD assistance dog program, has eight 1-week-old pups she’s very proud of, while mom and kittens are playing nonstop on the live Kitten Rescue Cam.
