Too Cute Tuesday
This three day old Black Guillemont chick is actually part of the Puffin family. Unlike its bright beaked cousin, this water bird prefers to forage for food near shore. Eventually this little guy will grow to have nearly a two foot wingspan and amazing fishing abilities, “the Black Guillemot can stay underwater for up to 2 minutes and 20 seconds” (allaboutbirds).
