Siku has started teething. It looks kind of funny if you catch a glimpse of the inside of his mouth. Some of his teeth are very small and will soon fall out—and some of them are really big. The big teeth are the ones he will have for the rest of his life.
Siku is still drinking two liters of milk per day and also gets about 600 grams of cow heart. Some of you may have noticed that we now move Siku to another enclosure at night. This is the enclosure he was in when we started the Siku Cam, and this is where he has access to the Polar Bear House if he wants to go inside.
